We are providing premium rooms services to working adults and students based in Cheras area. All rooms are fully furnished with furniture and air-conditioning. Clients are able to check in the rooms with move in condition as everything you need is under the roof.

Other than providing services to clients who rent from us, we are providing solutions to owner who would like to increase their capital appreciation on their assets. Landlords trusted on our services which take care of their units and give them better returns on their investment. We add values to the unit which makes both our clients and landlords feel happy.

Founder: Ms. Miko Liu

She is a new generation of mother who likes to take care of people. She is friendly, people-oriented and has the vision of building community among her tenants. She understand that by providing “comfy home” to tenants, they will have a good performance in their work or studies.

Co-living advisor: Mr. James Wong

Mr. James Wong aka “Uncle James” is advising Staroom co-living space. Uncle James has 18 years hands-on experience on managing student hostel and working adult rooms. We are confident that with Uncle James experiences, we will grow rapidly by giving care and quality services to all our tenants.

Operation Manager: Mr. Sam Ng

Sam graduated from University of Queensland with Bachelor of E-commerce. However, he has found his passion by providing accommodation services to working adults or students. He is helpful and dedicated person. During his overseas studying life, he experienced how room renting works. As a team member of Staroom, he always has new ideas of adding values to all the renters.

Marketing Manager: Ms. Meng Chian

She is a BSc(Hons) Surveying holder from the Robert Gordon University, UK. She has various room renting experiences in KL, UK and Singapore thus understand the needs of people looking for their second home during their studies / works, as well as the problems faced by owners. She aims to deliver effective marketing strategies to reach and connect the supply and demand of room renting market. She believes the best branding is established through customer satisfaction. Therefore, she always wants to make sure Staroom represents “good value for money”.

Business Development Manager: Madam Yam

She is an experienced business manager who has strong understanding of the market trend. She plays the key role in coordinating and managing the marketing business development activities.
